Our mission at White Flint Children’s House is to provide an atmosphere in which each child is encouraged to develop his or her unique qualities.

The essential starting point for each child is a positive sense of self-worth and a feeling of security within his or her environment. Because learning occurs throughout the day, children are encouraged to make their own choices. They explore and create within the structure of the daily routine.

By actively participating in a variety of experience, children become enthusiastic learners and build a solid foundation for future success. It is the teacher’s responsibility to facilitate and guide the learning process through an awareness of each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
